Local economy experts have become leaders and established this hall to stimulate the local industry of Nagahama city which has remained in a slump for a while.

What is Nagahama City like?
Nagahama City is located in Shiga Prefecture next to Fukui Prefecture, on the northeastern shore of Lake Biwa which is the largest freshwater lake in Japan. The city center was developed by Hideyoshi Toyotomi. It is one of Shiga’s most popular tourist destinations. Nagahama Port has boats going to an island in Lake Biwa noted as one of the best 100 sunset locations in Japan. Also, Kurokabe Square in the central of the city is a popular tourist spot, too. In fact, our company’s chairman is from Nagahama City, so we are also pleased to introduce about the city on this site.
