Welcome and farewell party for trainees and a guest from Bhutan

On January 27th, 2018, a lunch party was held for 4 young Bhutanese people at a Chinese restaurant “China Table” in Hotel Fujita Fukui. It was a welcome party for Ms. Sonam Choki who had stayed in Fukui City from January 20th, 2018 for a month and Mr. Ugyen Dorji who has studied at University of Fukui since October of 2017. And it was a farewell party for Ms. Sonam Wangmo and Ms. Chedon who were finishing their study abroad program and returning to Bhutan soon. The staff and members of Bhutan Museum Fukui gathered for the party.

Mr. Tsukihara who is a chairperson of Bhutan Museum Fukui and a professor at University of Fukui gave an opening speech. In the photograph above, you can see Ms. Sonam Choki on his right and Mr. Ugyen Dorji on his left.
