Cheese specialty shop in Fukui City "Happy Chesse"

I went to the cheese specialty shop "Happy Cheese", which is located at a corner of a retro local shopping street called "Shinsakae Shotengai" near JR Fukui Station in Fukui City. The shopkeeper Ms. Takahashi explains about the cheeses so that you can choose ones and sells them by measure.
