Cultural Festival

November is the cultural festival season in Japan.
And it was held at Fukui City central community center as well last weekend.
It is a good opportunity to show the result of daily practice once a year for
those who take cultural lessons such as flower arrangement, dressing kimono,
calligraphy and ink painting etc. at the center. (H.S)
