Places to see in Ono City | Shichiken morning market

According to Ono City’s website, the morning market has a long history of over 400 years and tradition. So that means it has continued since the Warring States Period. The Shichiken Street in the center of the city is lined with stands displayed home-grown vegetables and processed foods. Pleasure of shopping while talking with female farmers can be experienced only here.

The morning market is held from Spring Equinox Day to New Year’s Eve from about seven to eleven in the morning.
