"Lion Dance" at Mimi Shrine's regular festival in Mihama Town, Fukui Prefecture

The last event of the Mimi Shrine's regular festival is "Lion Dance". After the "King Dance", a "lion" in pairs appears in the precinct and it plays humorous exchange with officers.

The officers caught the lion.

But the lion watched for a chance and escaped. And the lion is running about shaking off the officers running after it.

Finally, the captured lion snaps its teeth together loud several times toward the main shrine, and that's the end of all of the event.
