Talking about the future of FPDM
2018.02.16
This is a backstage of paleontological research based on fossils. FPDM is one of Japan's largest paleontological research facilities, where many researchers are excavating, researching and studying hard every day. The excavated fossils are subjected to cleaning treatment taking several months to years, and after that, those will finally be specimens for display. These continuous activities become a driving force for the development of FPDM. Also, we interviewed the FPDM founder and the former Governor of Fukui Prefecture Yukio Kurita about its future, including external factors such as the Hokuriku Shinkansen extends to Kanazawa in March, 2015.
