Hiking in the mountains in Fukui|One of Tsuruga Three Mountains: Mt. Iwagomori (Daguchi course round trip), April 20th, 2019
2020.06.15
I climbed the Mt. Iwagomori, one of the Tsuruga Three Mountains on April 20th, 2019. The course was "Daguchi course", whose trail entrance located in the parking space of "Drive-in Shinohara" and I made a round trip.
The height of the mountain is not that high, 765.2 meters, but it is an attractive mountain that it has stones of various sizes, the varied trail with a beautiful beech forest, the Indian plain with strange rocks, and you can enjoy the wonderful view of Mt. Hakusan in the north, Lake Biwa and Mt. Ibuki in the south, the Tsuruga Bay (the Sea of Japan) below.
There is the parking space for hikers on the opposite side of the road.

You can see Mt. Ibuki and Lake Biwa.
