Kannon-do hall
Opening the gate of an eleven-faced Kannon Bosatsu created by Taicho-daishi
for the first time in 17 years, at Kitahondo Shinmei-jinja Shrine in Kitahondo district,
Awara City.
The eleven-faced Kannon Bosatsu is a hidden Buddhist statue, which is normally closed.
This year marks the opening the gate, and the eleven-faced Kannon Bosatsu, the standing image of Tamonten and the one of Komokuten were opened to the public for the first time
in 17 years.

 

The counter in the shop
Sakana-ya Cafe & Bar Sakura, a three-minute walk from JR Awara-onsen Station.
At night, this shop changes to a bar and you can drink.

 

A lunch
He had A lunch in a tiered box, which included enough fish menu at Sakura,
where is a long-standing five-generation caterer.
