HISA

HISA is an illustrator and picture book writer from Obama City, Fukui Prefecture, living in Kanazawa City. Now her exhibition is being held at Fukui Kougeisha Craft Gallery. "Twin Stars" is a fairy tale and an early work by Kenji Miyazawa, which describes the adventures of Chunse and Pouse, who have a role of playing silver flutes all night long. The original drawings for the stage that performed last year are exhibited. Also, the series of "Blue World" and "HISA's book", which HISA has been drawing, and "lift-the-flap books" that she makes at her workshop, are displayed.
