Exhibition of summer vessels and flower vases has been held from July 13th-29th, 2018 at Fukui Kougeisha Craft Gallery. 9 glass artists and pottery artists participated in the exhibition.
The two young glass artists are the graduates of the Osaka University of Arts of the same year. I interviewed one of them, Mitsuki Himata who newly started a glass grand “OR” in Awara City, Fukui Prefecture. The woman with a microphone is Ms. Okamoto, the manager of the gallery.
