The glass pen exhibition of Yoshitaka Tajima, who mainly makes glass pens at his studio "Studio Kasho" located in Maruoka Town, Sakai City, Fukui Prefecture, is being held at
Fukui Kougeisha Craft Gallery. Glass pens are relatively expensive, so they might not be familiar to people, but they are beautiful attractive writing tools that have practical features that you can change ink color easily, light and your hands don't get tired and repairable. Mr. Tajima wanted people to use glass pens casually and released new glass pen series "Wood Glass Pen". The series are well-received and he has been very busy working on the production. We interviewed him in the gallery.
